Be Bold, be Funny, be Passionate, be Creative, be YOU! Custom artwork are for those owners who wish to have their own personal design or sponsor's logo on their spinnaker. This process is a combination of using skilled painters who apply ink by hand, and modern software to outline the design onto the spinnaker. This is not a printing process so we can not print photographs on the sail, but is rather an artistic approach.

The process involves printing the design outline onto the spinnaker panels using special software to offset seam allowances. The logo is then hand painted in specific colors. There are standard colors shown, but any color can be mixed to special order from a Pantone reference number.

The ink used are exterior quality screen printing inks and are specially formulatd for printing onto nylon even if the fabric has been water proofed. The finished logo is colorfast, salt water and UV resistant.

  1. A quality digital artwork required.
  2. Decide if you want a custom or standard sized spinnaker.
  3. Obtain the price, either via our quoter for custom spinnakers or by the chart for standard spinnakers.
  4. For most graphics we would recommend a solid colored spinnaker.
  5. Add $4.25 for each square foot of design.

Example: Your interested in our standard asysmmetrical size #9 sail sq. ft 792, $1269. You would like your design to be 15 feet tall and 8 feet wide = 120 sq. ft.
