Until our on-line ordering system is implemented, we will continue to take credit card information over the phone or by fax. Please DO NOT email your credit card information! | The AirForce Warranty: Your AirForce Sails are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date purchased. We will repair or replace your sails at our option, or refund you money, if our product does not meet the above criteria during the warranty period. In the past few years there seems to have been a race to see who can market the longest warranty ( which I believe AirForce started). However, our experience has established that a multi-year warranty simply isn't relevant in todays market. Rapid advances in technology for both cloth manufacturing and sail assembly have effectively reduced the chance of a future material defect to zero. You either have a problem with fit (usually evident at first hoist) or defect (evident within the first few sailings) or you don't. It is expressly agreed and understood that AirForce Sails' sole obligation, and the purchaser's exclusive remedy under this and any other warranty, expressed or implied, is the repair or replacement of the sail provided. AirForce Sails shall in no event be responsible for any incidental or consequential damage, whether foreseeable or not, caused by defects in their product. |

| Shipping Method: We ship all packages via Federal Express Ground/Home except Alaska. We will determine the best shipping vehicle for Alaska on a case by case basis. We will email your tracking number the same day your packaged is shipped. |
